Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Third Amended Final Judgment for Foreclosure Nunc Pro Tunc entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 13-8577-CO-039, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:

BOOK 9662, PAGE 597, AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 10419, PAGE 785, A/K/A: 9790 - 66TH STREET NORTH, LOT 367, PINELLAS PARK, FLORIDA 33782, ALONG WITH THE MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON, DESCRIBED AS A 2006 SKYO MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON, TITLE NO. 96023863 (VIN NO. G2620489UB).
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on February 21, 2018. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
