NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-000016-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY FKA BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE VENDEE MORTGAGE TRUST 1999-1, is the Plaintiff and Florida First Escrow Company, Rod Khleif, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Mitchell Merrell, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Lori Martin, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
