NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17000356CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTERST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES BEAR STEARNS ALT-A,MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and Yanique Chery aka Yanique Clervil, Unknown Party #1 nka Dennis Guerino, Section 23 Property Owners Association, Inc., Yves Chery, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 31st day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
