RANNEY A/K/A VERN HAROLD RANNEY, DECEASED; KELLY RANNEY A/K/A KELLY L. RANNEY; BARRETT C. RANNEY A/K/A BARRETT CHRISTIAN RANNEY; CAYDEN G. RANNEY A/K/A CAYDEN GREY RANNEY; BROOKE A. SOURS; JARROD G. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
