NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 29, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 000708 AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the holders of the Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series FHAMS 2007-FA4, by First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, Master Servicer, in its capacity as agent for the Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, is the Plaintiff and Barry Graham, Bollettieri Resort Villas Condominium Association, Inc., Reliant Bank, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 1st day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
