NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 2013-CA-004146 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein AS HESTIA LLC, Plaintiff, and COSMAS G. STRATIGOS; PENELOPE CHAMOPOULOS; THE NEW LAKES IN REGENCY PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION N/K/A MELISSA BROWN; SECOND UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION N/K/A STEVEN LISENBY, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of March, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 1206, THE LAKES UNIT EIGHT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE(S) 120, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
