NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 10, 2018, and entered in Case No. 53-2016-CA-001665 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Ditech Financial LLC FKA Green Tree Servicing LLC, is the Plaintiff and Bank of America, N.A.; Cedar Cove Homeowners Association, Inc.; Hilda Martinez; Jose Luis Pina aka Jose Pina, aka Jose L. Pina; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, James Michael Follin, deceased; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Judith Ann Mitchell a/k/a Judith A. Mitchell, deceased; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 27th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
