Final Judgment was awarded on January 18, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2016CA002778CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-HE2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and BERTA C. SALGADO A/K/A BERTHA C. SALGADO; JAIME SALGADO; FRANK STOREY; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A FRANCES MEJIA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
