NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 27, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-000790-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-4, is the Plaintiff and Jeff R. Meyer a/k/a Jeffrey R. Meyer a/k/a Jeffery R. Meyer, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Shannon Lyday, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 26th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
