NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2015 and Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated January 22, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-005849 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein SHAROL PRICE, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ISABELLE M. PRICE, DECEASED, is the Plaintiff and DANE G. DUFOUR, KRISTINE J. DUFOUR, and any and all Unknown Parties claiming by through, under and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants, are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on February 27, 2018, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, OAKHAVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
