Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 30, 2018, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, the office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:
LOT 5, SANDY POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGE 29 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on March 15, 2018 beginning at 10:00 AM.
