NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 12, 2017, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of March, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
UNIT 102, TRACT B, OF SANDY COVE OF LAKELAND, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGES 83-86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED EQUAL SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALSO TOGETHER WITH ALL OF THE MORTGAGOR`S INTEREST IN AND TO THAT CERTAIN LEASE AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 31, 1973, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1594, PAGES 1778-1791 AS RECORDED IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND, SUBJECT TO ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS AND REFERENCES INCORPORATED THEREIN, AS SHOWN IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1594, PAGES 1792-1871, AS RECORDED JUNE 13, 1974, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
