Thomas, Unknown Tenants/Owners, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 5th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BEGIN AT THE SW CORNER OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, PROCEED THENCE NORTH 226' FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EAST 168.55'; THENCE NORTH 30'; THENCE EAST 300'; THENCE NORTH 300'; THENCE WEST 468.55'; THENCE SOUTH 330' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; AND THE RIGHT TO USE THE 25' EASEMENT ACROSS THE SOUTH PORTION OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO-WIT:
