PETERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUTH G. PETERS N/K/A FREDERICK PETERS; VALLEY VIEW TERRACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on March 16, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
