NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 30, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2017CA002692000000 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, Plaintiff and RUTH G. PETERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUTH G. PETERS N/K/A FREDERICK PETERS; VALLEY VIEW TERRACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on March 16, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
