NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 53-2017-CA-001077 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which The Money Source, Inc., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Robert Fetsko, deceased, City of Haines City, Florida, Dennis Mergen Fetsko a/k/a Dennis M. Fetsko, Judilee F. Hirsch a/k/a Judilee Hirsch f/k/a Judilee Fetsko, Leona Mae Fetsko a/k/a Leona M. Fetsko, Nicole Ann Zabiegalski, Robert James Fetsko, II a/k/a Robert J. Fetsko, Southern Dunes Master Community Association, Inc., Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Indenture Trustee under the Indenture Relating to IMH Assets Corp., Collateralized Asset-Backed Bonds, Series 2005-6, a California Corporation, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 27th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
