COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 00°14'51” WEST, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 23,543.63 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 00°14'51” WEST, ALONG SAID LINE, 449.25 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88°53'43” EAST, 480.90 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°14'51” EAST, PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 23,456.44 FEET; THENCE NORTH 88°02'23” WEST, 481.12 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING AND LYING IN SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 3-12-18/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
