YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
A parcel of land located in Section 32, Township 3 North, Range 23 West, Okaloosa County, Florida described as follows: Commence at a 5/8 inch capped iron rod #7271 marking the intersection of the South line of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 32 with the Westerly right of way line of Live Oak Church Road; thence North 27 degrees 34 minutes 02 seconds West 203.37 feet along the Westerly right of way line of Live Oak Church Road to a 1/2 inch capped iron road #6469, said point being the Point of Beginning; thence South 89 degrees 33 minutes 31 seconds West 315.00 feet to a 1/2 inch capped iron rod #6469; thence North 27 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds West 155.91 feet to a 1/2 inch capped iron rod #6469; thence South 89 degrees 58 minutes 27 seconds East, 315.00 feet to a 1/2 inch capped iron rod #6469, said point being on the Westerly right of way line of Live Oak Church Road; thence along said Westerly right of way line, South 27 degrees 34 minutes 02 seconds East 153.62 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said parcel contains 1.00 acres, more or less. Together with 2009 76 X 32, Southern Homes Mobile Home, Vin #`s DSD4AL54034A and #DSD4AL54034B.
