NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-003046 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Maxima C. Maresca; Paolo Maresca; JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on May 2, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 7, UNIT 4, SECTION 6, PARKWOOD, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 96 THROUGH 100, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
