YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, PELICAN ISLAND PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., has filed an action against you in the County Court for Hillsborough County to foreclose a claim of lien for assessments related to certain real property located and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, and described as follows:
PELICAN ISLAND UNIT 1, LOT 1, BLOCK B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 0048, PAGE 0058, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This action is titled PELICAN ISLAND PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., v. PAMELA MARSHALL BRAMBLETTE, et al., Case Number: 2016-CC-14411. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Theresa L. Donovan, Esq., of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 101 East Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 2800, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of first publication of this Notice of Action, which will be published by the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
