ANDERSON; MITZI ANDERSON AS TRUSTEE OF THE MITZI ANDERSON UNDER TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 10, 2015; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MITZI H. ANDERSON; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants.
