NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 18th day of December 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-007193, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and MITZI H. ANDERSON; MITZI ANDERSON AS TRUSTEE OF THE MITZI ANDERSON UNDER TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 10, 2015; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MITZI H. ANDERSON; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of March 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
