AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MLMI TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HE1 is the Plaintiff and MARK LUCAS A/K/A MARK ETHRIDGE LUCAS; JOSEPH R. KALISH, P.A.; ZAKIYA S. WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A NIEMA ANDERSON; CLERK OF COURT FOR THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s).
