NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-CC-033567 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, and JONATHAN GRAHAM, is the Defendant. Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, Florida 33602, at 10:00 A.M. on February 23, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, in Block 35, of PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES PHASES 3 AND 4, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 7 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
