NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 2, 2017, and Order granting Motion to Reset Sale dated February 6, 2018, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-011351 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2016-2 is the Plaintiff and DEANNA M. SIDERS, CHARLES M. SIDERS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES M. SIDERS N/K/A BETSY SIDERS, GREAT SENECA FINANCIAL CORP., A MARYLAND CORPORATION, ASSIGNEE OF UNIFUND, ASSIGNEE OF CITIBANK, and PRE-LITIGATION SERVICES, INC., are the Defendants.
