NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 25, 2018, and entered in 16-007190-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and MARY LILLIE CHAMBERLIN, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF LAURIE F. PETERSON A/K/A LAURIE ANN FOSTER-PETERSON, DECEASED; DAKOTA JAMES PETERSON, A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH HIS NOMINATED GUARDIAN, CATHERINE CARREIRO, PER THE WILL AND GUARDIANSHIP CASE FILED IN CASE# 52-2016-CA-000804-XX-GDXX; KELLY MARIS PETERSON, A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH HIS NOMINATED GUARDIAN, CATHERINE CARREIRO, PER THE WILL AND GUARDIANSHIP CASE FILED IN CASE# 52-2016-CA-000804-XX-GDXX; POINTE ALEXIS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 27, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
