NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-006274-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, N.A., successor trustee to LaSalle Bank National Association, on behalf of the holders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2007-HE2, Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2007-HE2, is the Plaintiff and Allan Gordon Miller, as an Heir of the Estate of Melody C. Miller a/k/a Melody Corinne Miller, deceased, Candy Jane Miller, as an Heir of the Estate of Melody C. Miller a/k/a Melody Corinne Miller, deceased, Michael John Sharp a/k/a Michael J. Sharp, as an Heir of the Estate of Melody C. Miller a/k/a Melody Corinne Miller, deceased, Pinellas County, Florida, Pinellas County, Florida Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Melody C.
