NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-006396 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Heather Murphy Gilkey a/k/a Heather M. Gilkey a/k/a Heather G. Murphy a/k/a Heather Gilkey, Individually are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 13, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, TRADE WINDS ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGES 49 THROUGH 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION OF LOT 20; FROM THE NE CORNER OF LOT 20, AS A POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN N 82°05'19” W, 16.00 FEET, THENCE N 33°37'04” W, 3.67 FEET; THENCE S 73°36'11” E, 18.64 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

THAT PART OF TRACT B, TRADE WINDS ESTATES SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGES 49 THROUGH 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE NE CORNER OF LOT 18, TRADE WINDS ESTATES SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGES 49 THROUGH 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE N 83°02'40” W, 100.00 FEET TO THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 18, AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N 88°51'03”W, 136.94 FEET; THENCE S 64°42'55” E, 146.80 FEET TO THE SW CORNER OF SAID LOT 18, THENCE ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 18, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
