NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-002668 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ Investors, L.P., Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors and Lienors of Herta H.C. Ritcher a/k/a Herta H.C. Richter, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 5, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF BONNIE BAY UNIT ONE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGES 70 AND 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
