NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Amended Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered January 29, 2018, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
GEORGETOWN BUILDING UNIT 207, FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG, NO. 306, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 19, Pages 95, 96 and 97, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4212, Page 575, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th day of February, 2018.
