NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 29, 2018 in Civil Case No. 12-013300-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-9 is Plaintiff and EYAL KADURY, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15TH day of March, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
A portion of Lot 15 and a portion of Lot 16, Block 100, PLAN OF NORTH ST. PETERSBURG, according to the Plat Thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 64, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida all described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 14, said Block 100, proceed North 88°47`15” East, 68.06 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue North 88°47`15” East, 68.06 feet; thence South 18°01`13” East, 118.15 feet; thence South 83°28`10” West, 60.71 feet; thence North 20°35`47” West, 125.86 feet to the South right-of-way line of Atwood Avenue (a 40` right-of-way) to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
