NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 30, 2017 in Civil Case No. 13-003247-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC 2005-FR5 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFI-CATES, SERIES 2005-FR5 is Plaintiff and GEORGE PAPAMICHAEL, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4TH day of April, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 179, Woodgate of Countryside-Unit One, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 70, Pages 13 and 14, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
