NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2018, and entered in 17-002930-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and JAMES F. GRIECO; MARY P. GRIECO; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; PASADENA COVE OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 05, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 203, BUILDING 1, PASADENA COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5655, PAGE 1832, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 23, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
