YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose on the following real property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 101, according to the Plat of FOX CHASE WEST CONDOMINIUM NO. 6, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 90, Pages 12 and 13 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6171, Pages 611 through 672, inclusive, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the comment elements appurtenant thereto.

has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint, if any, to Gregory A. Sanoba, Esq., 422 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, FL 33801, on or before 3/12/18, 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
