NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2018, and entered in Case No. 15-002803-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and JAMES WINFIELD MARINE A/K/A JAMES W. MARINE; et. al., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 28th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 50, Block 1, of Oldsmar Country Club Section Three, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 53, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 303 Shore E Drive, Oldsmar, FL 34677
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
