NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the County Court of Leon County, Florida, on the 29th day of December A.D., 2017, in the cause wherein, FSU Leasing.com, was plaintiff(s) and Julian L Graham and Julian L Graham, d/b/a Tee's Plus, was defendant(s), being Case No 2011 CC 2591 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Julian L Graham aka Julian Lee Graham, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
