CITY OF OLDSMAR, FLORIDA REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 2018-002-RFP: HVAC System Repairs
The City of Oldsmar, Florida, a Florida Municipal Corporation, is soliciting Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified proposers interested in entering into a contract with the City for identified and ongoing HVAC system repairs.

Proposers with demonstrated expertise in this field are invited to submit a proposal. The Request for Proposal (RFP) can be obtained from the City of Oldsmar, Administrative Services Department, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida 34677-3655; or the City of Oldsmar website at www.myoldsmar.com on February 9, 2018. A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 2:00 PM, local time, on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 in the Second Floor Conference room of Oldsmar City Hall, 100 State Street W in Oldsmar, Florida. Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Kathryn Dougherty, Procurement Specialist, at [email protected]. All questions must be received in writing no later than 5:00 PM, local time, Monday, February 26, 2018 and will be answered via written addendum.

The proposals shall be submitted to the City of Oldsmar, to the attention of the Administrative Services Department, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida, 34677-3655 no later than 2:00 PM, local time, TUESDAY, MARCH 6, 2018, at which time and place they will be publicly opened in the City Hall 2nd Floor Conference Room, located at 100 State Street W. in Oldsmar, Florida.

All submissions must be accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee in the form of certified check, bank draft or bond in the amount 5% of the Identified Services Pricing Proposal, made payable to the City of Oldsmar, which check, draft or bond shall guarantee that the proposal be accepted.

The City of Oldsmar staff will evaluate the submitted proposals based on the criteria established in the Request for Proposal and rank the qualified Proposers in order of preference. The City Council will approve the ranking based on the established criteria for the proposer that best meets the interest of the City of Oldsmar.
