WHITNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTONIO L. WHITNER; GAIL I. WHITNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GAIL I. WHITNER; LAKE VIEW CONDOMINIUM NO, 2 ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKE VIEW PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ALL STATE INSURANCE COMPANY AS SUBROGEE FOR CARRIE L. HANNAN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s).
