Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of Court or any of her duly authorized deputies will sell the property located in Manatee County, Florida, being specifically described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 1, of CLARK MOUNTS RE-SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE LLOYD ADDITION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 322, of the public records of Manatee County, Florida, being a portion of the same property as described in Deed dated February 13, 1991 and recorded in Official Records Book 1331, Page 566 of said records.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , beginning at 11:00 a.m. on March 9, 2018.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
