NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2018, entered in Case No. 2015CA005826 in the Circuit Court in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein COUNTRY VILLAGE OF BRANDENTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and ANNE DOBSON, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 11:00 A.M. on March 27, 2018 ( ) www.manatee.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
