NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure IN REM dated February 6, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 2017CA004388AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and SLG TRUSTEE SERVICES, INC, AS TRUSTEE OF 4108 EL DORADO COVE LAND TRUST, DATED JULY 26, 2011; ROBERT O. MAHLMAN; PALMA SOLA HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM, INC;, are Defendants.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 9th day of March, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure IN REM, to wit:
UNIT V-12, SECTION 1, PALMA SOLA HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 572, PAGE 1, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 575, PAGE 722 AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGE 26, 27, 30 AND 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
