NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2010CA005928, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR ARLP SECURITIZATION TRUST, SERIES 2015-1, is Plaintiff and ELI A. MUNOZ A/K/A ELI MUNOZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELI A. MUNOZ A/K/A ELI MUNOZ, MARCIAL E. SOLORZANO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCIAL E. SOLORZANO, SUMMER PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, ASSOCIATION OF SUMMER PLACE OWNERS INC., are defendants. Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 9TH day of MARCH, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2-C, SUMMER PLACE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1009, PAGES 1351 THROUGH 1413, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGE 31, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
