RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 6, 2018 and entered in Case No. 41 2014CA001941AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and ALEJANDRO SANCHEZ A/K/A ALEJANDRO D. SANCHEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
From the NW corner of Lot 107, Belle-Mead, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 5 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, run Southeasterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 107, a distance of 60.0 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue along said Northerly line of Lot 107 a distance of 73.35 feet to the SE corner of Lot 107, thence run Southwesterly along the Southerly line of Lot 107 a distance of 68.0 feet to the SW corner of Lot 107; thence run Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of Lot 107, a distance of 71.8 feet; thence run in a Northeasterly direction a distance of 76.43 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
