NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 15, 2016, and Order granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated February 6, 2018, and entered in case No. 2016-CA-003389 AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein is the Plaintiff and KATHERINE CARLSON is the Defendant. ANGELINA “ANGEL” COLONNESO, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on MARCH 14, 2018, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BAY PALMS ADDITION 10TH UNIT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, EXCEPT THE AREA BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 6, SAID CORNER BEING THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 5 OF BAY PALMS SUBDIVISION, THENCE N 48 DEGREES 48 MINUTES 30 SECONDS E, 39.98 FEET; THENCE S 37 DEGREES 12 MINUTES 45 SECONDS E, 35 FEET; THENCE S 52 DEGREES 28 MINUTES 30 SECONDS W 39.9 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 6, THENCE N 37 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 45 SECONDS W ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 6 A DISTANCE OF 32.48 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
