OQUENDO MORALES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION ; PLANTER'S WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOSE A. ARRIAZA ; JEFFMIE S. ARRIAZA-MORALES are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
