NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2018, entered in Civil Case No. 53-2017-CA-002222 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein PATRICIA A. ROBINSON, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST PATRICIA A. ROBINSON; HIGINIO GUERECA JR., MARIA T. GUERECA; STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CLERK & COMPTROLLER, POLK COUNTY FLORIDA, SACHEL SINGH a/k/a SASHIL SINGH, JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION,
AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are defendants, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on March 8, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 27, CHANDLER RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 133, PAGES 2 THROUGH 7, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA PIN 302727-794504-000270
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
