TURNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VINCENT SCOTT TURNER A/K/A VINCENT S. TURNER N/K/A JEAN TURNER; LOMA DEL SOL HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC F/K/A CENTEX HOME EQUITY COMPANY, LLC are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 13, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
