NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment in favor of Plaintiff, TRINITY PRESERVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 1st day of February, 2018, Paula S. O'Neil, PH. D, Clerk of Court for Pasco County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on March 8, 2018 at 11:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 13 in Block 12 of TRINITY PRESERVE PHASES 2A & 2B, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 96, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 11655 Crestridge Loop, Trinity, Florida 34655, (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner(s), as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
