NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2018, entered in Case No. 2015CA002839CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ Investors, L.P. is the Plaintiff and Jane F Schneider; The Unknown Spouse of Jane F. Schneider; any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated as Nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.; The Pond's of Zephyrhills Homeowners Association, Inc., A Dissolved Corporation; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4, the names being fictitious to account for parties on possession are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 8th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 84, THE POND PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 70 AND 71, OF THE PUBIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
