NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Summary Final Judgment dated February 5, 2018, and entered in Case No.: 51-2016-CA-003331 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M., on March 20, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 26, Block 4, New River Lakes Villages “B2” and “D”, according to the map or plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 44, Pages 105-115 inclusive of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
