NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of February, 2018, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 2017-CA-002098-ES, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on March 21, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK 8, NEW RIVER LAKES VILLAGES B2 AND D, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE(S) 105-115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
