NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 25, 2018, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-003382-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and MARY LECORNU A/K/A MARY E. LECORNU A/K/A MARY LACEY LECORNU, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, TRACT 8 REVISED MAP OF KEYSTONE PARK COLONY, LYING IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
